1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full Refund:
  Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund (50%):
  Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• No Refund:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or in the event of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Missed service due to incorrect or incomplete booking details provided by the customer
• Delays or service disruptions caused by unforeseen traffic, weather, or external factors beyond our control
• Failure to be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time (no-show)
• Refund requests made more than 7 days after the scheduled service date

4. Disputes and Exceptions

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under special circumstances not listed above, please contact us in writing. We will review each case individually and respond promptly.
