Booking Confirmation:
All bookings made via the Cardiff Diamond Transport website are subject to confirmation through email or text. Please ensure all details provided are accurate at the time of booking.
Payment Policy:
Full payment or deposit options are available during the booking process. Payment methods accepted will be listed on the website.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date and time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee.
Changes to Bookings:
Any amendments to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service and are subject to availability. Changes may affect the final fare.
Liability:
Cardiff Diamond Transport will not be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
